Josh is taking it to the man
Josh wrote not so nice post about a couple of companies and within a day of his post, on a site that gets relatively NO traffic he gets a response from one of those companies. There are a lot of companies out there than monitor the internets for their name either on their own or by using a watchdog company.
As an individual, I highly recommend setting up your own google alert with your name. That way if your name gets indexed by google, you get an email with a link.
